It’s possible to organise group parties, from Irish Coffee Stops, to a Saturday night get together with friends for platters & drinks, the Snailbox Pub is what pubs should be about!

Our cosy & relaxed traditional bar, is ideal for enjoying a pint of the black stuff or watching the rugby or football with a group of friends. Its décor & character is influenced by the localities association with horses and football.

There’s always a welcoming smile and banter when you walk in the door and with the fire lighting it’s a perfect spot to relax any time of the week.
We have live music from our resident traditional Irish musicians every Friday & Saturday night from 10pm.

Interesting Facts
The collection started by one man, better known as “Smithy” who previously owned the Snailbox 15 years ago, dropped in a baseball cap from his travels in 2006, and since then the cap collection has grown.
